RAZOR MD does not refund or exchange USED products.
SHIPPING FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE
RAZOR MD will not reimburse (refund) any customer for the shipping cost of a returned product. You will be responsible for the cost of returning a product as well as accept all risk of loss for the product being returned so please ensure that your return package is tracked and or signed for.
RETURN OF UNUSED PRODUCTS
- Unused items may be returned within 30-days of the invoice date for refund less shipping. No refunds are issued after 30 days.
- All items returned for a refund must be returned in “as new” condition in the original packaging.
- When returning the product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that tracks packages.
- RAZOR MD will not be responsible for any shipping loss; therefore, you are responsible for insuring the returned item.
- Once we have received the item(s) we will then process your refund, please allow 3 – 7 working days.
- RAZOR MD reserves the right to refuse service that would void the return policy. RAZOR MD may reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against for improper returns.
- You may return UNUSED product for a full refund (less original shipping). Please include a copy of your invoice. If you don’t have the invoice, then please include a note with your order number. Send UNUSED products to:

NOTE: Cancellations are not possible after the package has been shipped.
Cancellations after shipment may be refunded (product cost less shipping) upon proper return (see above: Return of UNUSED Products) of product(s).
SHIPPING ERRORS | ORDER DISCREPANCY, DAMAGED ITEM, INCORRECT ADDRESS, INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS

- The following information is required for verification.
- Photo of the shipping box
- Photo of the damage/incorrect item
- Customer Service will review the order and respond within 24 hours.
